Stinson’s is a concept as old as time. A community stopping point, a gathering place, an old world cafe in the tradition of Gijon, Closerie des Lilas and Deux Magots, brought forward and remade for our times.
Coffee
Drawn from the freshest origins, Stinson's in-house brew is roasted locally in Austin with beans sourced from Indonesia, Central America and South America for a bold, invigorating blend which tiptoes on the dark side. Our medium roast lends to lattes that are creamy and decadent, precision-crafted by consummate baristas who prepare coffee with an unprecedented finesse. At Stinson's, our identity is in crafting coffee that is fresh and audacious, smooth and rich in a space designed to be both chic and neighborly. Only our beans are haughty.
Cocktails
At Stinson's Bistro, we pride ourselves in creating unique craft cocktails that put a modern twist on old world tastes, redefining the way you think about spirits. Our expert mixologists are both knowledgeable and experienced, willing to take you on a refreshing journey or craft your preference at your discretion. The cocktail menu plays host to a selection of specialty and seasonal cocktails, kept company by both our considerable beer and wine lists.
